Aurion Africa Services provides IT risk assurance, technology governance, strategic growth services, and related consulting. All services are delivered subject to a separate engagement letter signed by both parties.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables provided by Aurion Africa Services are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior consent.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurion Africa Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

4. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your written consent.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya.
